Questions people ask

Is the free version really free?

Yes. Search, logging, the daily answer and 5 barcode scans, 1 meal photo estimate and 3 label reads a day have no time limit. Premium adds unlimited barcode scanning and more of the AI features that cost us money to run.

How do I cancel?

If you subscribed on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On the web: Account → Manage billing. You keep Premium until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For web purchases, contact us and we’ll help. Your cancellation rights are set out in our subscription terms.

Why do AI features have limits on the free plan?

Each photo estimate and coach answer has a real running cost. Limits keep the free plan sustainable without ads.
