Delete your account
You can delete your Tasteally account and data at any time. It takes effect immediately and can’t be undone.
In the app
- Open Tasteally and tap the You tab.
- Tap Privacy & data, then Delete account at the bottom.
- Confirm. You’ll be signed out and your data is deleted.
On the web
Sign in to your account, scroll to Delete account and confirm.
What gets deleted
Your profile, targets, food and water logs, saved meals and custom foods, coach conversations and what your coach remembers, game scores, challenges and challenge memberships, blocks, support requests and share cards. We don’t keep the photos you analyse, so there are none to delete. Purchase records we’re legally required to keep for tax are retained in a minimal form, as described in our privacy policy.
Subscriptions
If you subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, deleting your account does not cancel the subscription — please cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play settings too, so you aren’t charged again.
Can’t sign in?
Email support@tasteally.app from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you.
